MS & MBA Southern Methodist, B.S. University of Pittsburgh. John has over 30 years experience in the asset management business in both discretionary and non-discretionary roles. In his role as a senior portfolio manager, John chairs the Investment Committee and is responsible for weighting in sectors and rotation of portfolio names. Most recently John was the Founding Member and Senior Portfolio Manager of Piermont Capital Management until its sale in 2019. John is a CFA charterholder and is a member of the CFA Society St. Louis.

When not spending time with his family, John is golfing or otherwise enjoying outside activities. John is active on local and national boards offering his expertise and knowledge on investment matters for all asset classes. While no longer licensed, John was a private aircraft pilot.

Doug has multiple years experience in discretionary asset management utilizing his advanced degree in computational finance. Doug has expertise in data analysis financial theory, and numerical methods. Prior to CQL, Doug was an analyst with Anheuser-Busch. Doug is a CFA charterholder and is a member of the CFA Society St. Louis.

Outside of CQL, Doug enjoys spending time with his family and exploring his Scottish heritage.

Boston College, BS Finance. Dan is an accomplished investment professional with over 25 years of financial sales/service experience working with institutional clients, financial intermediaries, and high net worth individuals. Prior to joining CQL, Dan was National Sales Manager and Senior Sales Leader at both Ziegler Capital Management and Congress Asset Management, two multi-billion dollar investment firms, where he was trusted to develop and implement overall sales and marketing strategy.

Outside of CQL, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, hiking and coaching youth sports.

BS Financial Services, Maryville University St. Louis. Bryan has nine years of experience in the financial industry and is currently a candidate in the CIPM program. Bryan is the client advocate for CQL he does the client onboarding while also assuring that client desires are met and trades are settled properly. As Portfolio Analyst, Bryan reconciles custodian data to create and maintain GIPS compliance within CQL's composites and assists with the creation and review of all marketing materials.

When not at work, Bryan can be found with his wife taking turns chasing their toddler around the house when not playing pickleball.
